How can we Registered our marriage with Registrar? What are the legal documents needed to do so?

Id proof. Age proof. Address proof. Any of two witnesses of major age. These things are enough to register the marriage.

You should contact the office of Registrar of Marriages, fill up the form, it may require a couple of affidavits to be attached with the form; and submit in the office. they may fix a date for appearance of both of you alongwith the witnesses before issuing you the certificate.
