marriage registration
if a man got married before 21 . can he registered his marriage

No age for marriage according to the law is 21 for bridegroom and 18 for bride.

The Marriage Officer (Registrar) will refuse to register the marriage before the man has reached the age of 21.
He can, however, get the marriage registered after he reaches 21 even if the marriage was solemnized before he was 21.
Just wait till the time is ripe.
