this pertains to the Writ petition UNIT of NTC v/sthe state of maharashtra &other govt agencies.The interim order of bombay bench of Aurangabad has orders as ''

the TAPRIS located on subject rd. between the width 35to 35 Mtrs shall not be given Shop-licences,Elctrical connection or any other Amenaties by the agencies'' we are having ownership ppty.with all documents; on the sub. rd. is being affected by the Interim Order(refussed licence). Q.Is our ppty .can be termed as ''Tapry''. how can they deny fundamental right such as Water-light&source of livelihood(shop licence etc.) ?Q.what is the remeady avaible to earn our rights-livelihood?
