Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Ownership of pets
We reside in a CHS in Mumbai. Our
Society has adopted a Code of
Conduct that bans the ownership of
pets.
Is such a ban valid in law? Can a
Society take away the fundamental
right of a member to keep a pet?
