Parliament member
1 MP of 13th loksabha gave false statement regarding his wife.Of course that lady is marreid wid him.But not living wid him 4 many years.Pep even dont know whether she is live or not.Can parliament or EC notice him.Pl answer this to save our country from fraud ex MP

First of all it is to be seen that what is your locus-standi in this matter.Nevertheless, you may approach the election commission and also SC by way of PIL.

You can raise this question and file a complaint in EC. You can file a litigation pagainst that fraud EX. M.P.

You may file an PIL with reasonable grounds in the Supreme Court of India or can report to the election commision
