Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
One post of Director of Health Services was reserved to a Scheduled Caste. Mr.A, a Scheduled Caste got the post. Mr. B who is Senior to Mr. A objected the appointment on the ground that it created 100% reservation to Mr. A which is not allowed by the constitution. How can Mr. B fight for his right?

in my opinion, first, let B seek information under RTI as to how much was the reservation, under what provision such percentage of resrvation was made, whether any approval was sought, what were the guidelines for filling of such a post. Once you have the info, then, you may challenge the appointment by way of filing a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court having jurisdiction in your state.
