Re: what are powers of delhi legal services authority
It is advisable to appear before DLSA and ask for copy of complaint and file appropriate reply after due consultation.Probably someone has filed written submission/complaint against you and sought assistance of DLSA to get the matter settled through conciliation.DLSA has no authority to adjudicate any dispute juducially but the same is meant for advisory purpose only through conciliation, mediation between the parties to dispute.DLSA if it feel that matter could not be solved through conciliation etc. they they could recommend the matter for adjudication through authority like court etc.Note that any submission made to DLSA in writing could be used in future so you take consultation of a competent lawyer.
For any query/assistance call on my mobile no.9873343288
thanks.

They will appoint a lawyer for free for the applicant to file an appropriate legal action depending upon the complaint of the applicant.
