my question is regarding to appointment, can any person go to high court for cancel the procedure of selection list ( selected list candidate ) under article 226 and article 14 constitution of india
when he appeared for the examination of the same procedure ?

as advised, a writ of mandamus can be filed but you will have to explain your lawyer on what basis the you are challenging the selection process.
