Recovery of maintenance from Defaulters in a co-operative society
What measures can the managing committee take in order to recover the outstanding amount from a defaulter in a co-operative housing society?

Managing committee can pass a resolution to the effect of recovery and can also appoint its attorney for recovery of the ammount or can also cancell the allotment and membership of the defaulting party.

You can appoint a lawyer for the recovery of the amount or by passing a resolution in commitees meeting cancel the allotment of the defaulter member
