Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I have registered an agreement of sale in mumbai and i now need make amendment in one of the clause. Can i make amendments and what is the process and requirements needed to amend the same. Please Advise

A revised Agreement for Sale incorporating the new clauses with the signatures of the buyer and the seller can be filed with the Registrar.
