Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
This is related to - Scheduled Caste as define under Article- 341 of the Constitution.
Can one clarify me that whether Schedule Tribes declared in "THE CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED TRIBES) ORDER, 1950" are Scheduled Caste under Article- 341 of the Constitution.

a person can not fall in both the definitions ....
article 341 specifically deals and talks about ..scheduled castes only
