renovation of flat and terrace
i purchased a flat at navi mumbai last month and doing renovations like aquiring flower beds inside and putting iron grills, and putting a french window on teh edge of my terrace/balcony. now society is taking objection that i am hampering the view of the building. i owe NOC for the flat also.

You may carry out your renovation work as per building bye-laws applicable to the area and in tune with the bye-laws of the Society.
