There is nothing like 'res-sub-jdicate' correct word is Res-Judicata. It is a principle that one cannot agitate the same issue twice. And it is codified in Civil Procedure Code.

Why don't you have a look on Sections 10 &11 of The Code of Civil Procedure 1908? By doing this you will be saving both time and energyof yours as well as mine.

the question is incomplete,there is no word 'Res sub judicata' but the exact word is Res judicata.
