Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I have been residing in UP since last so many years. I am having property in kerala. I wish to have a domicile certificate from Kerala. Let me know to whom should I contact and what are the documents required for the purpose.

mere having a property cannot entitle you to have a domicile in the state. you need to reside therein. at present, you domiciled in UP.

you can get a domiclie from UP but not from Kerala.
