Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Respected Sir,
I am a Secretary of society registered in year 2002 and having 123 Unit flats. We have a committee strength of 11 members. Now we are in receipt of two applications from willing lady members requesting their co-option as Lady committee member under seat reserved for woman vide by-law 115 (section 73BBB of MCS act).
Can you please let me know whether Managing Committee can make appointment of any one lady as MC member (out of two) or we will have to call for election between them (under General Body Meeting).
