Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
respected sir,
my dad passed away 3yrs back now my grandfather too passed away he has made a will..in tat everything is of my brother and mother we have photocopy of the will.
but my small grandfather is so harrasing to eat up everything..and they are not going according to the will..
they saying so confidently tat this will is null and void
is it possible to change the will for them?
wat can i do d next step help??
