what are the rights of an aggrieved person/defacto complainant in a criminal proceeding to get impleaded in a writ petition filed by the accused to re-investigate that criminal case ?

Normally under such situations, the high court would accept the impleadment of the complainant in a writ petition filed by the accused against the state. In fact, in many situations, the court directs making complainant a party before hearing or admitting the writ.
