YOUR SCHOOL IS AIDED.YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO REFUSE REQUIRED INFORMATION. IN A SIMILAR CASE FIRST IT WAS REFUSED IN OUR CITY.BUT AFTER THEY (AIDED COLLEGE) PROVIDED THE INFORMATION. A DIRECTION WAS GIVEN BY THE GOVT.RTI ACT ALSO VERY MUCH CLEAR ON FUNDED INSTITUTIONS.
HENCE U MUST FURNISH THE INFORMATION.
THE IGNORED PRINCIPAL WAS NOT PAID SALARY AND GRANT WAS STOPPED ON MISCONDUCT.NOW HE IS RETIRED WITHOUT PENSION UNDER PENDING ENQUIRY WITH ONLY PROVISIONAL PENSION.BESIDES RTI PENALTY.
