Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
we are running one religious regd. body(not taking any funds from government) on our own contribution and one of ur executive members asked us in writing to provide him.
1. copy of constitution
2. list of executive members
3. last minute proceeding before election when he was asst. secretary.
now he is in the executive member list .
can he take any legal action? if so then on what part he can take the action.
