sir we have a home on our plot, we bought this ready made home some year ago. Beside our home there was a plot and now the plot owner making a new home along with our home.he used our wall to make one of his room. means 2 rooms are sharing a common wall. we tried to stop him but he said that he had already given the money to our old house owner for sharing this wall,this is not mentioned in the registry,

he has made a underground tank near the wall and because of underground tank moisture is observed in our wall. we went to police station but all are corrupted, what action can we take against him, please help us.

Your first recourse is lodging a complaint with the local Municipality for unauthorized construction without prior permission.

You have delayed your action. You could have stopped the construction by filing a suit for injunction. YOu may now file a suit for mandatory injunction read with easement act. Also check if he has encroached on your area (given in the sale deed registry)
