Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

Sir,

My wife is an employee in a private girls college and is a permanant lecturer working since 14 years. She was good at work and all.But since one year she was feeling insecured inthe job side and also feeling discrimination from other colleagues.Gradually she started saying that all her colleagues are ill treating her by all means and she was always whining the same episodes all the days.I took her to a psychiatrist he after examining her started treatment of schizophrenia. But the doctor also said that she is good at performing her duties.Recently her proncipal has called me discussed about my wife's attitude that she was complaining about the lecturers which is not true and asked me whether I am getting her any treatment. She after some months asked me to get a certifcate from the doctor that she was being cured under him, saying that its for other staff's safety. The principal also said that if some day my wife attempts suicide and writing some lecturers names then the innocent staff may have to face consequences from police. But the doctor said there is no need to isue any such certificate as now she is alright and moreover when the patient did not make any harm to anybody then nobody can demand for any such certifcate and it would amount to infliction of constitutional rights. But since the beginning of my wife's becoming as such she was always telling me that the college management and some coleagues are trying to throw her out of the job,it may be right or wrong, but as the principal repeatedly insisting me for the certificate I suspect her sanctity as well.I beleive that my wife is under treatment of a psychiatrist but in the job she had never faced any complaints from any students ,parents or even the management. One best part of her job is that she is the only lecturer who is highly qualified among all other lecturers and also a regular M.phil student from the university. She is also qualified from NET.So as she was working since 14 years in the same college and she never complained about anybody or she never behaved like this before then why she is doing like this now only. Can any attorney suggest me the protection by constitutional law against the behaviour of her colleagues and the support given by the principal.
