Suppose a person has a register will of earlier date and a new will is executed infront of natary. Which will is valid.

it is the execution and attestionby two witnesses which is important in case of Will. Secondly it is will of later date will have importance. So, if in Second Will the execution and attestation is as per law then merely if it is notarised, it cannot be ignored. it is the circumstances which will have to be seen.
