i am md. xyz have 9 sons but matteris gujrat panchait act2001 made a rule that if any body has more than 2 children he will not be able toenjoy the election candidacy.

it is amoot court question can you provide me some point in favour of md. xyz in constitutional matter

The validity of such a provision was possibly upheld by the Supreme court before in the case of Punjab or Haryana. However, you may try your luck by filing a petition first in Gujrat High Court and then, if required, in the Supreme Court.
