Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
violation of article-14
In one city there was ban on lorries regarding loading and unloading in one particular part of that city. Actually it is commercial area and has right to carry on business, but some people of the city want to shift the business to another part of the city and gain the advantage in that area. Here in this area people are doing business for more than 50years onwards. Even I am also son of one business person. I have just completed law and now I want to file a PIL regarding violation of equality because in all other parts of city there was no ban and we are requesting only for loading and unloading that too night 11p.m to 5a.m which is common even in big cities. So please guide me in this matter.
