work in Punjab govt. and UNIDO assisted society R & D center Ludhiana Previously we were given second and last Saturday off which now had been made working days Is it legal if not what should we do

The holidays and vacations may be governed by the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. You may calculate your total vacation / holiday time given by your employer by comparing the same as permissible by law.
