Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

We are working in one of the European Mission (Embassy) in India, where there is a big discrimination of salary between local indian nationals and local european nationals. If we go for legal proceeding under constiution law article 14, 39(d) etc. of equal pay for equal work. Does it help us? We seek your valuable guirdance in this regard. Well, one Indian national turned european national is enjoying different salary and some are not. This is a clear discrimination. Work and designation is same and but salary there is huge difference in the salaries.

Hi,

Are you sure that the salary slips too reflects the difference(and that extra amount is not the special allowance). If thats so then you can very well approach the High Court and get the necessary orders in your favor.

in case the difference is of basic salary for the same designation, you may go for equal pay for equal work.
