Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
X who was sentenced to death for having commjitted several murders. He writes an autobiography which depicts a close nexus between X and some top government officials, who had been patners in these murders. He sent his autobiography to Z a publisher for publication. The Inspector General ask Z to stop publication of X's autobiography as it contains false materials against the officials of the State. Does the Inspector General has the authority to stop publication of X's autobiography?
