Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
The Xerox copy of the letter issued by canara bank as per RTI act,one person have got a Daftary job in tamilnadu(Dindigul district) by submitting fake community certificate(ST).
As per the community certificate issued by social welfare department-Tamilnadu(dindigul district),pertaining to daughter of this person clearly indicates that she belong to SC.
I have original copy of both documents
Kindly provide the answer for the below question in detail
1)Where can I lodge the complaint as per the law.
2)Can i complaint to Head of Vigillance commisioner,tamilnadu or SP office in Dindigul district.
3)Is it possible to file FIR in SP office in Dindigul district,If yes means,How can i proceed?
