33(7) development control act
What is a development control 33(7), becuase our residencial rooms is demolised their make a new building for the residance and builder is saying this all is made up under the act of this low

Development Control Rules 1992 is specifically for Mumbai City.
In Mumbai City for Development of any land or redevoplepment of any Building the Gov Authorities refer to the DC Rules 1992. In DC Rules 33 (7) a Bulder undertakes to develop a particular area wjich is declared as Slum. The Slum Dwellers who have their names registered in the Electroral rols as on 1/1/1995 and who as on the date are staying in the slum are entitled for the Scheme.
The Gov Authorites conduct a Surver for elegibility for hutment dwellers for entitlement of Rooms in the SRA Building. It is called Ammexture II. Thereafter when 70% of the slum dwellers give the Affidavit and Power of attorney to the Builder Developer.
Before giving the Power of attorney one should be careful about the Alternate Room and the New room which would be given by the Builder Developer.
