2 year delay in possession of HUDA flat
I booked my flat in year 2006, and HUDA promised possession in one year i.e. by 2007. however I haven't got the possession till now, and again I am given time for another 4 - 5 months, what can I do? Is there any procedure for compensation against this delay by HUDA, Gurgaon sec - 56?

Re: 2 year delay in possession of HUDA flat
You may send them a final written notice demanding possession and also claim refund of interest, if any, paid by you on instalments of allotment money. You may be liable to pay interest only from the date of possession. If you do not get possession despite notice, you may file a complaint before the District Consumer Forum.
