Legal Question in Construction Law in India
The apex court had come heavily on builders who make monitory benefit of open/covered spaces in ground floor in the by selling/renting after completing construction of multi story building. I have given reference of the case CIVIL APPEAL 2544/2010 in an earlier query
In our complex the Association of owners are availing such monitory benefit renting out some open spaces.
Can registrar of societies with whom the association is registered can interfere in this matter or only judiciary can?

registrar of societies have ample power to arbitrate into it on an application of the member or suo mottu
