Legal Question in Construction Law in India
i have appointed a contractor to rennovate my house and the work is completed 90%.Now the contractor is not returning to work for more than a month and asking advance money for completing the work.what should I do,shall I fix another contractor and complete the balance work.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please ensure that you have paid the original contractor for the 90% work that he has already completed and then engage another contractor to complete the balance 10% outstanding work.
