Legal Question in Construction Law in India
i want to take my balcony inside the hall, that is i want to take back the frnch window to the end of the balcony, i had asked for the permission from the society but the society is denying me, saying that it would increase the fsi of the said room. but i consulted the architecht and he says that once the occupation certificate is given to the society then it is the mutual understanding between me & the society but the chairman in my society is not ready to agree what should i do
