Legal Question in Construction Law in India
After bank disburses loan to me and then I found some mistake in the legal document which says that the sale is not legal. What would be the consequence. Will the further disbursement of the loan be cancelled? Who will take responsibility of the legal mistake done?

Yes if bank find that sale is illegal then bank can cancelled loan disbursement and the person who executed the sale deed will be held responsible
