Legal Question in Construction Law in India

I bought a 300 yds residential plot in resale from a private party in Sushant lok,Gurgaon and got it registered.When I went to take possession of the plot from the concerned authorities,namely,Ansal Housing,I was told that there was a mistake in the records and the plot was actually only 250 yds.I was shocked!If you see the records,its been mentioned as a 300 yds plot in the registry as well as the maintanance records.I am the third buyer of this plot,and if you see the chain,its been mentioned as a 300 yds plot in all the three registeries.After long parleys with Ansals they have agreed to pay for the 50yds at a rate much lesser than the market rate.They are not ready for any other negotiation.Besides,now the plot is approx. 7 mts X30 mts which is an odd size.What is my recourse?
