breach of property development by the builder
My father entered into a property development agreement on a 50% share to each with a builder.Builder has sold my father's share without his consent.My father owing to his old age could not take any legal action.After mutual consensus builder agreed to compensate with money.After 24 months he still owes 50%.All the bank cheques are dishonored.Advice on a course of action.

You have got a good case.
Your father can file cheating case and recovery suits as well.
Please consult a local lawyer and go ahead.

This is a case of breach of trust.File complaint u/s.138 NI Act for dishonoured cheques and also recovery case against the builder.

Your father can file a cheating case against builder for breach of agreement and he also can file cheque bouncing cases and money recover suits.
