Legal Question in Construction Law in India
builder agree to give me the Flat of 340 carpet area on 3rd floor of 16 floor tower as per the agreement. When actual construction start the area is increase by 150 sq.ft.but he is not informed me in advance and in written. When 15th floor done he told me the area is increased and you have to pay for excess area. What is law said ? I have to pay of can I deny to pay and fight in the court. I want legal advise in this regard.
