Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I am a builder,i am going for a collaboration agreement with a owner in wich both are agree with our share .but the owner don't want to give attorney of my share in advance ,in the agreement in wich he has given me the right to book my share with any one and can take advance but want to give the attorney only after the hand over his share to him .my question is,am i safe with my share

i would like to go through the contents of the collaboration agreement and only then i would be in a position to suggest you the legal sanctity of the clause.

your right in your share will be conceived by the colloboration agreement and not by power of attorney.
