Legal Question in Construction Law in India
i am buying flat in grampanchyat area at 5 floor but grampanchayat gives permission only 3rd floor but builder gives me blue print construction map grampanchayat stamp with sarpanch sign, tax receipt and utara8a can i buy this flat on 4th floor. (pune, mh)
