Legal Question in Construction Law in India
In case we file a case with Consumer Forum for Flat related issues, how long will it take to receive verdict. (assume my all documents are in line with the verditi requirement)

Normally within two years. It all depends on workload the Fora have, the vacancy of President or Member etc besides the hearings of the complaint. [email protected]
