Legal Question in Construction Law in India
we want to change the flooring of our flat and no changes will be made in the structure of the house .Our building is 25 years old .Do we need to take the certificate from structural engineer/architect before starting the work

Under normal circumstances, it is not required. But if the property is lease hold, it would depend upon the terms of the lease.
