Legal Question in Construction Law in India

cheating,cheque bounce,recovery suite

My father who is aged 78 years, is skeptic about filing a case, advised by lawguru, against the builder who has cheated him in a joint venture property development owing to his age and fragile health. What could be the possible time frame and alternative, in case of any untoward happenings like immobility or death of my father.

On the documentry evidence it will be decided in 90 days.

You have a better alternate in the form of Filing a Consumer Case, in which the Case will be decided just on the basis of documents and as per law, it is to be decided within 90 days( However depedning upon Jurisdiction may complete within 30 days to a year time).

In any case even otherwise after the death of your father, you can implead yourself as party and the case would continue.
