Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I have constructed house 1 year ago & my neighbour also started at the same time, we deceided to leave 1-1sft space for ventilation. Now he is opening all the windows opposite of our windows. humne sare windows andar ki taraf khulwaya hai but uske windows bahar ki taraf khul rahe hai where we left space for ventilation & is se humko ventilaion me problem ho rahi hai. Can u suggest me what action can i take.
