Legal Question in Construction Law in India
construction law
In U.P. India neither U.P. Government nor the private/public sector companies are paying the rates for various civil items as per skelton made either by UPPWD or central govt. on these rates it never never possible to give the quality of the some items. how we should compel the authorities to make the analysis as per market rates?

As this is a non-legal issue the attorneys on the board could not answer you accordingly.I suggest you to form an association and represent the association after getting it registered,before the govt.to intervene into the issue.
