Legal Question in Construction Law in India
as per contract agreemnt, the completion date of the project is 30 months now due to certain variation in contract agreemnet, delayed due to employer, we are submitting revised programmen for 36 months. the employer saying this 36 months not mentioned in the contract agrement. how to reply him
