Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have been constructing a house in my native home town in B'lore. My father was build a house which has been demolished and with a new plan now going to construct. The neigh borer has constructed the wall with attached to our Compound wall and the compound wall also belongs to us. Now he is creating problem by not to touch our compound because of the wall attached and if any things demolished, he will file the case like that, please advise the course of action in this regards.
