Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Dear Sir
I have purchase a room in chawl building, where some room are ownership and pagdi tenant. Now we have registerd welfare society and now landlord is going to renew building. Landlord wants to collect construction cost.
Since some owners refuse to give construction cost, they say will give new registration only.

The renovation cost of the entire building should be equally distributed amongst all the residents.
