Legal Question in Construction Law in India

Dear sir
Iam indian, iam starting my question.
In 2005 we constructed a house , area is 80sq yrds with registration land. In Andhra Pradesh within 80sq yrds no need of muncipal permission. In 2005 some neighbours have complained that we are constructioning house without permission to muncipal, and we gone to court and finish the work.
Today 18.12.2012 that complaint neighbour is telling that again 2005 complaint issue will be open.
I am totally confused, it is possible that 2005 case will be reopen in 2012.
He is a govt employee, he is creating nonsence.
Please suggest me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

In 2005 itself, when the matter was referred to the Begumpet District Court, the permission was granted to complete the construction.

I do not feel there is a possibility of the Court reopening the case now.

The matter is closed.
