Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I have enclosed my personal terrace using fabrication and glass, NO construction. Is this legal in the society. My society is now objecting it. I have done this 6 years back.

If you cover full terrace then they can made objection but first of all tell us you are living on which floor and what your rules says about covering the terrace.

Since fabrication and glass may be a "temporary structure", there should not be any objection from the authorities. You may reply to the society appropriately and fight for your rights after carefully examining all the pros and cons of your case. This reply may be just a guidance and may not constitute legal opinion sans full complete facts of the case.
