Legal Question in Construction Law in India
my father is a labour contractor, he tooks the contract basis work and complets it within time limit. but still then he is not able to get the payment of the related work done.please suggest me some way that how i can help him to recover the pending payment from the builder.

you father may approach the civil court and file a suit for recovery.
